1.Saturday, March 19, 09 Forest Hill Festival Pro-Life Booth
2. May-July 10, 09 St. Margurite d' Youville Diaper Drive & Baby Gifts
3. Short Talk to Alexandria, Court of Notre Dame Catholic Daughters about Rapides Right to Life sponsering a Diaper Drive to ask for donations.
4. June 26, 09 Stubenville South - Catholic High School weekend Retreat. Rapides Right to Life Exhibit , Petition against Foca, and Diaper Drive Donation (Dollars for Diapers)
5. Sept, 21 -09 One member of the Rapides Right to Life, Carl Perchy, put up a Pro-Life Booth at the Tioga, La. Immaculate Heart of Mary Church Fair
6. Sunday, Oct. 4, 09 Life Chain Prayer , music and water or drinks for participants on the Jackson St. Red River Bridge between Alexandria and Pineville. 50 particpants including many young Squires from St. Francis and Ann Church in Kolin, La. Squires are young Knights of Columbus in the making.
7.Saturday, Nov. 7, 09 Art of Pro-Life Persuasion Workshop at the Rapides Westside Regional Library (large community room) from 9:45- 2:00pm, Speaker Mr. Ben Clapper, President of the La. Right to Life and donation of baby things for two unwed moms to be, at Lunch that day. Gifts were optional offerings at the Life Chain, and the Workshop. Cost was only $10 donation for the workbook , with free lunch and workshop.
8. Many more items were collected for the two unweb Moms to be and the two babies were to be born in Dec. 2009 and Jan.. 2010 ( a boy and a girl).
9. Nov. 9 09 Talk to a Women's Group at the First Methodist Church (meeting room) on to explain about the Rapides Right to Life Mission. The Wowen's Group picked Rapides Right to Life out of 6 possible non-profit groups that were suggested at a meeting. They will be making a donation of some kind in the month of December, when the 2 babies will be born. (one a boy and one a girl)
10. Saturday, Dec. 12, 09 Some Members of the Rapides Right to Life will be going on a car pool trip to tour & visit the St. Margurite d'Youville Maternity Home in Lafayette, La.
They will also shop at the "Baby Botique" the building next door to the Women's Pregnancy Center and the St. Margurite d'Youville Maternity Home for up to 6 women.
The 12th is a Fundraising Day for the Center and we may participate in that also.
Lafayette, La. is about 90 miles from Alexandria, La.
2010 EVENTS:
10. Jan. 23, 2010 Some members of the RRtoLife will be participate in the St. Landry Walk for Life in Opelousas, La. Opelousas is about 60 miles away from Alexandria, La. There will be a speaker before the walk,and singers at the church. After the mile walk to the New Life Center for refreshments, provided by the Catholic Daughters, and music.L'Angelus Family who has CD's and performs through out the country has played before and may be again.
11. Thursday, Jan. 28,2010 During Thursday, the speaker will be from the HIV Office to speak about statics in Louisiana and how to prevent HIV from affecting the infants, and what happens to infants when they are infected by there Mother and how, they are infected.
12. Jan. 2, 2010 --Feb. 6, 2010 & March 6, 2010, Pro-Life Rosary 8:30 am for Life every lst Saturday in 2010 except in April = 10:30am Ap. 11, 2010. at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral in Alexandria, La.
13. Sat. Feb. 13 King Cake Fundraiser at Mac's Fresh Market on Jackson St. Ext. Alexandria, La. between 11:00am and 3:00pm.

Women's Crisis Pregnancy Center leaving from Church Parking Lot by 8: 40am Carpooling with particitpants sharing expense for gas probably eating lunch in Natchitoches before returning to church parking lot around 1:30 pm.
39. Sunday, September 5 (Labor Day Weekend) --"Bowling for Babies" Fundraiser. It will be held from (l:00pm until 9:00pm), at Four Season's Bowling Alley (near the Alexandria Mall). Ticket must be bought ahead of time, no selling allowed at the door. Selling from now until Sept. 1st, 2010. 40. Sunday, Oct. 3, 2010 will be the 6th "Life Chain" in Alexandria, La. RRTL sponsored the Life Chain and Mock Funeral Drive last year & will also sponsor it again this year. Come at 2:00pm to be in your correct spot, for the beginning of the prayers to begin, and to get your pro-life poster. We will pray silently for l hour on the Jackson St. bridge and on the sidewalks that join the walking part of the bridge. The Mock Funeral will follow for those who want to participate. Black Flags will be available for each car. All faiths are invited to this event to pray for the abortion to end.
